At the time of this Agreement, the Purchaser owes the Company two thousand nine hundred and ninety-seven U.S. Dollars (2,997 USD) (“Current Balance”) for the education service described as ‘The Side Gig Accelerator Coaching Programme.’

To satisfy the amount owed, the Purchaser agrees to repay the Company under the following terms:

☐ 6-month instalment ($567 per month)

☐ 4-month instalment ($797 per month)

☐ $2997 paid in full

Automatic monthly payment is required.

The Purchaser will receive access to the Programme content, community, and coaches only after this Agreement is signed and returned to the Company.

No access will be granted until the Agreement is duly executed.

Any payment not received on the due date is deemed late.

The Purchaser shall provide the Company advance written notice if payment cannot be made.

Late payment may result in suspension or removal of access at the Company’s discretion.

This Agreement represents the full and only agreement between the Purchaser and the Company on this subject. It supersedes all prior discussions or understandings.

The Purchaser receives:

✔️ Lifetime access to course video lessons on a membership site.

✔️ Orientation Hour.

✔️ Access to a community (WhatsApp, Facebook, or another platform chosen by the Company).

✔️ Group or personal access to coaches for feedback and support.

✔️ Year-end retreats and other virtual/in-person events.

✔️ Regular live coaching calls.

Renewal: Access to coaches, community, and ongoing support is provided for six (6) months. After this, continued access requires a monthly or yearly subscription. Lifetime course content access remains, unless terminated for breach or withdrawal.

Payments cannot be frozen, paused, or delayed.

Under rare circumstances should you need to withdraw while in the program:

The Purchaser must submit a written withdrawal request with verifiable proof (e.g. medical incapacity, bereavement), subject to approval at the Company’s sole discretion.

Upon approval, the Purchaser remains liable for a minimum of 50% of the course fee or the outstanding balance (whichever is higher).

The balance must be settled in full within seven (7) calendar days of withdrawal approval.

The Purchaser must also sign and return the Company’s withdrawal form within the same seven (7) calendar days.

Withdrawal is not effective until both conditions (payment + signed withdrawal form) are completed.

Full access is granted from Day 1 once this Agreement is signed, regardless of instalment plan.

Blocking payments, chargebacks, or unethical conduct will result in termination and blacklisting.

The Company may remove access immediately for non-payment or breach of terms.

All Programme content, resources, and templates are licensed for personal use only.

Sharing, reselling, distributing, or reproducing materials in any form is strictly prohibited.

Upon withdrawal or termination, the Purchaser must immediately cease all use of Programme content.

Purchasers may not disclose details of withdrawal, refunds, or fee arrangements to other students.

Breach of these terms may result in termination and/or legal action.

A 14-day cooling-off period applies from purchase. Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@compulsivemom.me

To satisfy the amount owed, the Purchaser agrees to repay the Company under the following terms:

☐ - $597 - paid in full

The Purchaser shall ensure automatic monthly payment is made.

Any payment that remains unsatisfied upon becoming payable is deemed late.

 The Purchaser shall provide the Company written notice in advance if payment cannot be performed or observed.

 Any late payment under this Agreement may result in the removal of the Purchaser’s access to all areas of the coaching program determined by the Company.

This Agreement contains all the terms agreed to by the Purchaser and Company relating to its subject matter. This Agreement replaces all previous discussions, understandings, and oral agreements.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the undersigned dates written below.

The Company will provide all these deliverables to the Purchaser for lifetime, after which the Purchaser will be required to renew a monthly/yearly subscription to gain continued access to and support from the coaching program.

Deliverables are as follows:

✔️Comprehensive video lessons on a membership site.

✔️Access to coaches in a group or personal form for personalized feedback and support.

We are committed to your success and ask that you be committed to your success as well.

We take our students seriously and ask that you also take this program seriously.

We want people who are determined to do this and succeed, and not ‘let’s test this out’ and come back to us after a few months saying that they have changed their mind about doing the program because they’re now ‘busy with a new project or job’ or whatever reason there may be.

1. There shall be NO asking to ‘freeze’ or ‘pause payments’ at any time during the repayment period. You are required to fulfill your payments and commit to learning and succeeding as a freelancer with our full support.

2. We trust you to fulfill all payments as you trust us to deliver the program and our personal support.

Due to this trust basis, we give you 100% access to all resources (coaches, video lessons, and community) from Day 1, even if you are on the 2-month payment and have only paid for Month 1.

3. You will succeed if you put in the time and effort. If you plan to ‘test this out’ and block your card in the future so payments do not go through or stop your payments in any other way, please remove yourself from this program now. We only want to work with ethical, respectable people.

4. We know for a fact that this program works and will work for you if you stay committed, and we look forward to you becoming one of our success stories.

Refund policy: Due to the nature of this product, there will be no refunds for Profitable Socials once payment has been made.
